거래제의를 받은 상대방은 제반 여건을 검토하고 거래를 제안한 회사의 신용조사를 행 한 뒤 거래에 대한 수락 여부를 결정하여야 한다.

거래 수락시에는 예의있는 정식 수락 서신을 보내 것이 올바른 비즈니스 절차라 할 수 있다.

거래 수락 시 수락 서신에 포함되어야 할 내용은 다음과 같다.
